Sabah Seeds harvest their own plantations for 8 months of every year, allowing us to provide our clients with the freshest seeds on the market.

For each 1kg of our seed that you purchase you will receive on average 800-1000 seeds for germination. Fresher seeds have an increased germination rate of up to 98% and an oil content of 43.52% to 47.24%(certified by PORIM)

JATROPHA CURCAS SEEDLINGS

We provide Jatropha seedlings that have been germinated from seed only in our “hi-hi” nursery complex using the latest and custom designed hydroponic technology to produce seedlings. This technology ensures that our seedlings have hardened off and are ready for transplanting within 35 days of germination.

All seedlings are housed in a peat pellet to ensure the roots structure is at its optimum and ready for your plantation. Sabah Seeds ensures that the roots are protected during transport to site. All plants that leave our nursery have been inspected by our highly trained staff for pest and diseases.

CONSULTANCY & NURSERY CONSTRUCTION

We provide consultancy on the construction of our state-of-art nurseries and the establishment of successful Jatropha plantations. As well as full training for nursery and plantation staff.
